Concept of privacy end its normative contents with the field of interpersonal relationships.
The article discusses the phenomenon and the concept of privacy, conditions, scope and areas of privacy, as well as the main stages of its philosophical studies. The study of the phenomenon of privacy begins in connection with the field of interpersonal relationships. John Locke expands the scope of privacy and proves the necessity of private zones in the area of formal relations, in particular, between the citizen and the state. In this direction goes the study of the problems of privacy nowadays. Front edge of the latest developments of the topic is information privacy in the face of new computer and information technologies. They provide more opportunities for abuse in the field of information privacy. Relevant and little developed is the topic of privacy at the workplace. However, the concept of privacy itself is not completely clarified. The article is dedicated to this problem, as well as to the methods of normative regulation of privacy in interpersonal relations.

Concepts as depth-probes, concepts as inquiry-blockers
The article is devoted to the problem of the ambivalent role of concepts and conceptual frameworks. Two sides of concepts are taken as a basis of investigation: concepts as Depth-probes, Concepts as Inquiry-blockers. Every new revolutionary theory in science have had some resistance from a common views of its times, but being adopted it as well becomes a common view in a scientific world. Thus any new theory has to overcome some dogmatism and authority. The social sciences may be especially prone to using concepts beyond their range of fruitful application. This means that greater attention needs to be paid to the ambivalent roles concepts and frameworks may play in inquiry.

Metaphysics of the new concept of motion
The paper deals with the relevancy of metaphysical paradigm renewal in physics concerned transition from continuum-atomistic program of Democritus and Aristotle to metaphysical tradition of Parmenides and Plato. A new concept of motion based on the principle of renovation and regenerative model of elementary particles is discussed. It is hypothesized that the nature of time could be represented within the information-substance approach relying on appropriate notion of "substance", "chronological continuum" and "information". The concept of substance-generated information is formulated which serves as a basis to build-up a dynamic model of action generator in a chronological layer. This concept could give rise to the possibility of mechanical movement reduction to information processes. In result, the regenerative model of elementary particle movement in the form of destruction-generation process is proposed. In accordance with this model any quantum object can be represented as periodically reproduced information program which allows treating the time flow in terms of information deletion in a certain chronological layer with its simultaneous re-recording within another chronological layer.

Arguments of education philosophy in the concept of scientific thinking
The article stresses that philosophic ideas, cognition and way of thinking, arts and science are interrelated. Way of thinking is one of the key problems of education philosophy, methodology of science. World-view philosophic analysis outlines the interrelation of way of thinking and methodological organization of consciousness. Regarding the facilitating of human activity knowledge–information ( philosophic, scientific, artistic etc.), scientific picture of the world is of methodological importance. Way of thinking in the system of philosophy of education functions as a certain conceptualization of existence, systematization of cognitive principles in categorical, methodological, method meaning. World-view and scientific background is meant in terms of considering way of thinking as universal concept of philosophy. To solve the arguments of philosophy of education a modern way of thinking, synergetic approach (the cognition of the complex thing, non-linearity, systematization, self-organization) is of great methodological importance.

Alberto Alfiyeri's philosophical heritage: to a question on the Ukrainian Renaissance of XIV-XV centuries
The article suggests returning to a problem of the Ukrainian Renaissance through the work of the Italian humanist of XIV-XV centuries Alberto Alfieri, who remains unknown to the most Ukrainian researchers till this moment. For a cultural history of Ukraine the intellectual legacy of Italy is significant as much, as Byzantium spiritual legacy for Russia. For the first time Italian culture faced the Arabian and Jewish peripatetic on the Northern Black Sea Coast. According to interlacing Italian humanism with intellectual cultures of Tatars, Jews, Armenians, Kipchaks, etc. antique philosophy acquired the unique sounding in Ogdoas – Alberto Alfieri's philosophical and prophetic dialogues. Treatments of Plato and Cicero, general for all European culture questions of justice and requital, appearance of new type of the human "humanitas" – all these problems are solved in Ogdoas by mystic gnosis of East Neo-Platonism. Precisely this fact reveals Alfieri's work representing a new landmark in the research of the history of Ukrainian philosophy.

Homo extremality – man of the 20th century
The article deals with the problems of modern society that cause change it. The above-mentioned problems can be attributed growth extremes that spawn processes that cause not only the transformation of the society, but also make it necessary to talk about changing the person. Thus, the article deals with the problems caused by the need to rethink the essence of the vision and ideas of a man in connection with the transition to a new stage of human development. This is due not only to the transition from one century to another, but also to the processes that occur in society itself and thus make this transition more difficult
and ambiguous. Here, first of all it should be noted that the transition experienced by modern society , is not the first in the history of its development and , in fact , could not lay claim to uniqueness, if not the emergence of the need to talk about a new type of man - man extreme .

The integrity and unity as the levels of knowledge
One of the main problems of knowledge - its development in the integrity and unity is still not elucidated well enough in philosophy. This article sets out a conceptual point of view on the integrity and unity as the levels of knowledge. The integrity and unity of the subject - are the successive stages and steps of its knowledge. There are five steps. The first step is the designation of the subject: it stands out among the others and finds its own peculiarities. The second step – is finding a place among the other subjects, fixing and collecting information about them. The third step – is ordering information obtained on the subject. The fourth stage defines the subject in terms of its integrity. The fifth stage is the subject of the unity of all its sides. In the process of cognition of the object representation of it is more complicated: it moves from the knowledge of its integrity to the unity of all knowledge. As a result, the unity of knowledge takes a holistic view, turning it into its inner point, representing a higher level of knowledge.

The integrity of a person in the light of the noosphere paradigm
The article is devoted to the study of integrity of a person in the context of the noosphere paradigm (V.I. Vernadsky, P.T. de Chardin). Noosphere is the global world space, the sphere of mind which is formed with the participation of man, rational thinking and looking for a certain value orientations. Noosphere influences the socio-natural processes. At the same time it is exposed to cosmic factors itself and depends on meaningful human activities in the biosphere. The latter circumstance is the key of the cosmic evolution of humanity and the planet as a whole.
The power of man lies in his thought, which is treated as a special kind of energy, endlessly varied in its qualities. Consciously building up the space of the noosphere, a human takes responsibility not only for his own actions, but also for the quality of thought. Thus, the idea of integral man as a cosmic creature, which is able to take control over the evolution of the planet to the same extent that he is willing to supervise the quality of thought, receives an additional theoretical and methodological basis.
In light of the noosphere paradigm, the integral man is described as a carrier of evaluative and ethical idea of the Common Good, covering the nature, society and the cosmic dimension of human existence. It is shown that the formation of the integrity of a human is possible on the way of improvement of the noosphere as indispensable condition for the development in the evolutionary unity of socio-natural and cosmic whole. As a practical measure the outrunning conscious and projective activity in the biosphere and noosphere, directed at formation of image of the desired better future are offered.

Traditions of interpretation of creativity and freedom: antiquity vs middle ages
In the article traditions of understanding creativity and freedom are considered as they are presented in antiquity and middle ages. Authors analyze features of the two epochs' discourses as for sense of human freedom, creativity and fate. Authors conclude that human freedom and creativity constitute some sort of interdependence. In ancient tradition freedom and creativity are included in dialectics of fate. In medieval tradition freedom and creativity, in some sense, constitute God-man relations; they are the result of the Grace given to man by God. Freedom is a revealing of creative activity of the subject. And otherwise, creativity can be defined as a process of freedom realization. Creativity and freedom make possible for human being to realize his or her personal destination; destination which antiquity and middle ages consider in different ways.

Scientific foundations and socio-cultural preconditions of the concept of interval idea
The work presents the analysis of the scientific basis and socio-cultural preconditions of the concept of interval idea. As a response to objective tendencies in the development of modern scientific thinking arise private methodological approaches and programs: system and synergetic hike, modern forms of hermeneutics and phenomenology. One of them - a range hike, which is the result of comprehension on the level of methodological reflection spontaneously constructing their way trends in the intellectual climate of the XX century. These trends are considered as an integral phenomenon, determining the interval style of
thinking. It is possible to specify its origins: The trend towards reappraisal scientific truths, concepts, theories, pictures of the world. A similar process took place in other areas of spiritual production - reappraisal values, ethical standards, social roles, etc.
Interval style of thinking expresses the transition from a one-dimensional vision of reality from the position of «absolute observer» to the vision of it in different respects and in different intellectual perspectives.
Another important part of the new style of thinking was the idea of quantum, which replaced the principle of continuity.
The third source of interval style of thinking is the transition from the vision of the subject of one quality to the vision of it as a poly quality and multidimensional education.
These three trends are identified as interval style of thinking.

The phenomenon of empires in history and destiny of USSR
All empire states can be conditionally divided according to the form of the territorial expansion into two types: tellurocratic, continental, overseas and tallasocratic, colonial, territorially integrated. According to this classification the Soviet Union was a tellurocratic ideocratic empire. The majority of distinguished features of an ideocratic empire were proper for USSR. For example: common belief system, that is the idea of communism building; the governing idea, in USSR that is the idea of communist society building, and the readiness to sacrifice oneself for the sake of the main state idea. This element of sacrifice, of permanent readiness for action is necessary for balancing those privileges inevitably connected with this membership. It follows here from that this idea should be of the kind firstly worth sacrificing and secondly, that the sacrifice for this idea would be evaluated by the citizens as a morally valuable action. The state can not allow interference of some factors not controlled by the state and irresponsive, in the first place interference of the private capital in political, economic and cultural life, therefore the economy of an empire of this type is socialist in some way. The Soviet Union had a lot of features of a tellurocratic empire. For example, characteristic features of empires of this type are joining neighbouring lands and integrating them in an empire and their gradual turning into provinces, which can be observed in the history of the Russian state. Probably two perfectly resembling empires do not exist and have never existed. But the state structure of USSR distinguishes it cardinally from all other empires. As practically in all empires there was an official head of state – an emperor who was one of the symbols of this type of state. But there has never been such a title in the Soviet Union. Technically there was no head of state in the USSR. Following the aforesaid, the USSR can not be called a classical empire. Here the definition «empire of a specific type» suits much more.

Culture as a text
It is revealed in the article the valuative content of the "hero" concept.
Studying culture, including philosophy, is a foreground trend in Ukrainian, Russian, and Western European philosophy in ХIХ-ХХ c. Post-structuralism actualized notion of text in modern philosophy. Understanding of the text as artifacts of culture and all (not just verbal) waste products replaces traditional interpretation of the text as coded written messages. Culture is the text that forms a certain spiritual and social space of the human being. In the history of the 20th century culture is very easy to become an ideology easily. Can culture be a «philosophy of resistance», which counteracts all that departs from the principle of humanity and moral-value dimension of existence? Therefore in the ability to create modern philosophical culture of new text which postmodern. The article seeks to analyze categorical language system, style of thinking, letters and lives, specificity of philosophical culture, and genre peculiarities of philosophers of «Silver age». The article's attention is accented on transformation of the semantic vision of the Other through the prism of the virtual reality and the prevailing trend of cloud transformation of the network communications. Parallels between the novel by J. Salinger's «The Catcher in the Rye» and theming I-Other relationship in the virtual reality are drawn. We consider a specifics of individual personalization in the cloud reality. We stress the problem identification of the individual in the network communications through the prism of virtual socialization. Attention is accented on the fact that the process of personalization in network communication is inherently linked to the phenomenon of «crisis communications». In this context, the article is focused on the problems of the Other in the cloud reality as a dominant rehabilitation of «The Subject» in the network communications and on overcoming social and communicative processes socialization current crisis in the communicative practices of the individual implemented in the cloud reality. The idea that the process of socialization of the novel's protagonist is a harbinger of virtual socialization processes and corresponding situation of the current time - «the flowing present» is substantiated.

Tradition: continuation or rebirth? (The idea of discontinuity in understanding of the essence of cultural tradition)
The article is devoted to characterization of the idea of cultural traditions discontinuous (discrete) understanding, having been developed by a number of the 20th century thinkers including M.M. Bakhtin and P.A. Florensky.
M.M. Bakhtin observed that the most significant in the history of the culture had been created by the successors of the forgotten, lost traditions of the past. The philosopher saw this pattern and stated: "each true creation is conscious of itself not as a beginning or a continuation but as a revival. The rhythm of mankind spiritual history is the rhythm of successive revivals "(" Faith and knowledge "). M.M. Bakhtin's concept has much in common with P.A. Florensky inversive pattern of culture-historical development, based on the idea of discontinuity as the universal world order and development principle.
The Russian philosophers' heritage, including cultural tradition understanding, is of a considerable theoretical interest nowadays, especially when studying art history, in which this concept is most evidently noticeable. The example is the chain of antiquity "revivals" in the European art history. Particularly interesting from this point of view is the 20th century avant-garde art experience. The avant-garde is by definition an art that seeks to be radically innovative, but ultimately, culture innovation most often turns into a "blast from the past".

Philosophical and aesthetic understanding of music
Music is analyzed as an art form and as an aesthetic process that is a part of the culture .In the understanding of the phenomenon of aesthetic author proceeds from the concept of A.S.Kanarskiy which considering aesthetics as a theory of sensory perception, sensitive mastering of reality by human. It means that sensuality is not understood in the ordinary sense, but as a way of comprehensive, holistic man's relationship to the world. The author believes that this approach will solve the pressing question for the modern philosophy of music–Should we give up the music and sensual experiences in understanding of art? Otherwise art will be treated as aesthetically neutral simplifiedand significant (in some aspects) phenomenon. The phenomenon of "mass of human" contributes to this.Giving reasons for the understanding of aesthetics as a theory of the formation and development of sensual human culture, the author builds on analysis of the principles of Ancient, Medieval, Renaissance, Modern art, reveals the history of musical aesthetics based musical approaches of A.Schopenhauer,F.Nietzsche, S. Langer.A special place in this research is Adorno's theory, according to which art and music – the sphere of human creativity, where the human demonstrates "nonidentical" to himself, the ability to go into other, undiscovered dimension of existence.

The mask in the rites of initiation and its actualization in a modern society
In Modern culture the еffect of information sources has increased: media, internet and television. They program the consciousness, they impose on human life models. In contemporary culture, the situation escalated the crisis of integrity of the individual (personality). A significant source of visual information becomes a mask. In the article we mean the mask in the rites of initiation. In the modernist society it is shown by the example of renewing the mask by hairdressing. In today's society there is instability and plasticity of social and personal identity. Therefore, in the art of hairdressing it is necessary to renew the mask through which a person can avoid the stable fixation on a single identity and preserve the freedom of choice. So, for a modern person a mask can be used, but it is necessary to take into account the individual characteristics. That is why, it is necessary to compromise the internal and external anima – persona and use initiation as a means of identity in society.

Features of Ukrainian philosophical analysis of heroism
In the article is analysed becoming of ideas about heroes and heroism in the Ukrainian philosophical mind. The necessity of revision and forming of character of modern hero, that must accumulate in itself experience of ancestors, is underlined.
Traditions of the Ukrainian heroism originate from the times of Kievan Rus ' and formed under the influence of Christianity and the Slavic mythology. The ancient Slavs developed a rich folklore, in the context of which the prevalent epics, which celebrate the love to the native land, the heroism of its defenders condemn the injustice and etc.
In the Ukrainian Humanities discourse of certain approaches to the development of this issue. However, historical facts, including the period of totalitarianism, repression and famine is a step to oppression heroic impulses. Today patriotically configured Ukrainian wants to better understand, analyze and reconsider the history of their own state, and its level of spirituality, found in the past benchmarks, which would imitate his contemporaries.

Regional cooperation in the field of maritime security in the Black Sea region is carried out through four initiatives: "Document on Confidence and Security in the Naval Field in the Black Sea", naval group BLACKSEAFOR, "Black Sea Regional Command and Communication Centre" and "Operation Black Sea Harmony", two of which were proposed by Turkey ("Black Sea Regional Command and Communication Centre" and "Black Sea Harmony"), and one (BLACKSEAFOR) – by Turkey and Russia. A number of experts recognize the low efficiency of the regional initiative BLACKSEAFOR. Multi-directional foreign policy priorities of the Black Sea littoral states are not able to create a single integration mechanism in the field of military security of the Black Sea region.

Innovative development of transitive countries: the risks and prospects for Ukraine
In this article the question of technological modernization of transitive countries in the context of globalization is investigated. The possible threats and perspectives of innovative and technological development of Ukraine are identified and noted. It is argued that the strategy of catching up, in which the main emphasis is put on the accumulation of its own resources, including the formation of intellectual capital and the growth of research and development sphere is not implemented in transitive economies, or not implemented correctly. It is concluded that the expansion of multinational corporations leads to complete destruction of the national innovation cycle and its replacement by technology cycles of multinational corporations, which in turn leads to continuous dependence on imported technologies.

Reading Giorgio Agamben : The Law, Ethics, and Politics
Moral and ethic component of the G. Agamben's "Homo Sacer : Remnants of Auschwitz: The Witness and the Archive"(1998) is analysed in the paper. Heuristic potential of the hypothesis that all set of moral and social relations are "infected by the law" is considered. Conceptions of gilt, responsibility, innocence, verdict, plea, etc. are impregnated with law completely. In accordance with Agamben, strength of the morals is not in its fictitious autonomy and independence but in its genetic dependence of the law, and the law must explicate and articulate this dependence by any way. If justice and responsibility as ethic concepts do not have some law correlates they will be doomed for pure rhetorical existence as it is in the contemporary ethic theory. The Agamben's approach is compared critically with position of famous Russian philosopher Vladimir Solovjov who asserts historic priority of the moral in relation with the law : in accordance with Solovjov, not the morals is infected by the law but the law is a minimum of morality.

Italy has accumulated considerable experience in solving problems in the field of migration. It is of interest for Ukraine in its European integration aspirations of both theoretical and practical levels. It is about information, statistical, economic, legal, cultural, social, demographic, educational components of migration policy. The information base shall provide a more complete picture of immigrants and migrants by age, gender, educational, religious, cultural, professional characteristics. To develop effective migration policy an appropriate regulatory framework is required, which would be formed in Ukraine, taking into account European experience. The solution of complex problems faced by Europe in the field of migration depends on the weighted steps of the European governments.

The issue of changing the structure of the parliament on ukrainian national referendum 2000
Referendum 2000 was conducted in accordance with Ukrainian law «On the Ukrainian and local referendums». The issue of changing the structure of the parliament was raised on the referendum, suggesting the formation of a bicameral legislative body. The results of the referendum showed a high level of voter support (81.68 %) on the two-chamber parliament. According to the average values of the vote, the maximum support and the minimum level of the protest opinion were committed on the territory of Western Ukraine.
The decision of the referendum on the two-chamber parliament system was compulsory. However, it was not implemented due to the fact that members of the Third convocation of the Parliament did not have the potential to form a stable majority that was necessary for the implementation of decisions of the referendum.
The Verkhovna Rada's refusal to realize one of the referendum decisions also violates referendum relationships. In this case, rights of communities and groups of Ukrainian citizens are not considered. Thus, the ignoring of one of the solutions of the referendum by authorities, discredited the institute of the referendum in the society.

The Conceptual Foundations of Russian Policy in the post-Soviet Space in the 2000-s
By the end of the 1990-s the need for changes in the foreign policy thinking of the governing body of the Russian Federation became clear. In this case, certain changes were outlined already in the mood of the elites and practical way of foreign policy. In turn, under the influence of internal and external factors Russia's geopolitical paradigm of the 1990-s is going through evolution. Therefore, the actual problem of the content of the basic conceptions of the Russian researchers influencing on the formation of doctrinal documents and practical policy in the post-Soviet Russia at the beginning of the XXI century is considered insufficiently known.
The object of the study is a contemporary Russian foreign policy discourse. The purpose of the article is the characteristic of the conceptual foundations of Russian policy towards post-Soviet states in the 2000-s.

Analogical reasoning: on the logical grounds of J. Hummel and K. Holyoak's conception
Certain logical problems concerning the conception of analogical reasoning proposed by J. Hummel and K. Holyoak are discussed, and it is also demonstrated in this article that notions and principles accepted in it violate the margins of classical predicate logic. 1) The rejection of so-called "n-ary restriction" principle allows to identify predicates of different arity. 2) The unified representation of individuals and predicates through certain sets of "semantic nodes" treats them as belonging to the same logical level. 3) The notion of "role filler" can lead, in the case of quantified propositions, to the assuming of "arbitrary/indefinite objects". It can be stated that these three features are kindred to some principles of A. Uyemov's Ternary Description Language.

Use of sophistic mistakes with the aim of manipulating consciousness
Sophisms have a goal — intentional introduction of a mistake in a conversation, that is why they are called a means of intellectual swindle. In the article grammar (semiotics) is studied, as well as logical and psychological foundations of sophisms. The semiotic mistakes are examined as a result of metaphorical quality of language, application of homonyms or polysemy of words, amphibolies, suppositions, synecdoches, also as a result of irony, oxymorons, euphemisms, pleonasms and others like that. Logical mistakes can be of two kinds: paralogisms and sophisms. The first ones relate to irresponsible violation of logical rules, with insufficient knowledge of the subject of argumentation, or carelessness; whereas the last ones relate to conscious violation of rules and laws of logic. Psychological reasons of sophisms can be divided into intellectual, affective and volitional ones.

The analysis of the method for constructing classification within the parametrical CTS
In this article we describe the possibility of ambivalent value of the term «classification». Classification and process of classification are examined as system models with an attributive concept, relational structure, relational concept, and an attributive structure accordingly. System definitions of the system models with the attributive concept, relational structure, relational concept and attributive structure are dual. It is interesting whether "classification" and "process of classification" are dual terms? Besides, in this article we consider the possibility of system presentation of classification in details. The influence of the concept (the method of constructing the system model) on the choice of operations underlying the classification and on the content of classification cells are analyzed.

Deductive derivation as a method of cognition
Deductive derivation is not simply discovering the knowledge that is already contained in the premises. The reason of inference is being constructed in this deductive derivation from the premises and inference rules. With this new knowledge is produced. This knowledge is not contained in itself set of premises. In my diagram method consistently differ: 1) separate premises diagrams, 2) combined diagram of premises, 3) diagram of a reason and a full conclusion, and 4) a partial diagram of conclusion if it is done. Under transformations of the 1st into the 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th appropriate inference rules that determine what actually gives the conjunction of premises act. Conclusion is diagrammed when not set of separate premises is diagrammed, but when premises is diagrammed as details which integrate on the used derivation rules in the reason of inference as a complex structure.

Application of the theory of semantic categories (to analysis of language of the ternary description)
In this paper the analysis of the language of the ternary description with application of the theory of semantic categories is carried out. The purpose of this paper is to research a categorical structure of the language of the ternary description. The analysis is produced in accordance with the following scheme. Firstly, basic syntactical categories of the language of the ternary description are examined; secondly, the alphabet of this language is analyzed, as well as the construction rules. Further for basic syntactical categories of the language of the ternary description and for its construction rules semantic categories are considered. This way the system of semantic categories which is in the foundation of the language of the
ternary description is determined.

On a paradox formalization syllogistic Aristotle means of classical logic according to Lukasiewicz’s version
The article draws attention to the presence of the paradoxes of material implication immersion Aristotelian syllogistic in propositional calculus, carried J. Lukasiewicz in his book "The Aristotelian syllogistic from the standpoint of modern formal logic." Lukasiewicz on this side of its formalization did not pay attention, but the fact is derivable formulas affected by the material implication is of great methodological significance: it is necessary to radically reconsider the two logics of Aristotle and modern formal. The article proposes the replacement of some other material implication logic, which in turn does not have a similar paradox. Considering the possibility of strict implication, which has come to replace material implication, but not be able to solve the problem. The article proposes to solve this problem by using relevant logic.
